GUARANTIES
AMSTILL Corporation agrees to perform the work, and to provide the manufacturer's materials described in its contract in accordance with standard application procedure. AMSTILL further agrees that the manufacturer's materials will be those that are outlined in the contract.
WARRANTIES
AMSTILL, upon completion of each re-roof project, provides the appropriate manufacturer's warranty.
The manufacturer's warranty will be completed for you by your AMISTILL representative and each customer will have the responsibility of forwarding the appropriate portion of the warranty document so that it will be validated. AMSTILL Corporation in no way warrants the materials used on the job and the Owner shall look solely to the manufacturer for any warranties on the materials or any defect in the materials. The AMSTILL contract will indicate the number of years AMSTILL Corporation will warrant the application labor.
MATERIALS
All materials used on your home or other projects are bought and paid for by AMSTILL Corporation. This assures the homeowner that no liens will be placed on the property by a supplier.

since 1973, providing contractor's prices on materials direct to the customer.
Most materials are delivered to the job site by the wholesale suppliers trucks
and off-loaded with their forklift equipment. All materials are neatly stacked
in a designated location. AMSTILL Corporation consistently uses only those
wholesale suppliers committed to providing the best service and prices in
Houston.
REPAIR AND FLAT ROOF
DIVISION
Along with our re-roofing
services many homeowners may only require repairs to their existing roof. Our
Repair Division is available six days a week for free estimates on any type of
roof, and as in the case of our Re-roof Division, a written estimate will be
provided.
In most cases, repairs
can be completed within a day and can normally be scheduled within 48 hours
from the time a work order has been approved by the Homeowner. All work is
guaranteed for specific periods of time, depending on the work performed.
AMSTILL Corporation is
a fully certified applicator for flat roof single ply systems that are the
state-of-the-art technology for flat roof systems.
HOME IMPROVEMENT PACKAGE
Amstill Corporation
offers a full service home improvement package, which includes painting,
exterior siding, carpentry, window replacement and rain gutter systems.
